In the final weeks of 2022, leadership teams are focusing on the coming year and establishing objectives for 2023.
Now is the perfect opportunity to revisit these objectives and outcomes and take a hard look at what you are about to ask your teams to deliver.
- Is the objective specific and explicitly defined?
- Do you know what success will look like?
- Does everyone understand their role?
- Have you taken on too much? (this is the big one!)
