The anatomy of an LCP
"Maybe stories are just data with a soul." – Brené Brown
There are often two camps when it comes to leadership assessment.
The first will focus almost exclusively on data and analytics to arrive at the truth.
The second views data as largely unnecessary compared to the insights available through deep connection and conversation.
Both are partly correct.
Data without a narrative presents a two-dimensional portrait of a three-dimensional reality. Stories without data often leave us blind to the invisible currents and shadows that shape what we see and don't.
I typically use The Leadership Circle Profile when working with leaders and teams because it integrates robust analytics with an opening for deep connection and dialogue.
Rather than spotlighting just Data or Narrative, the LCP acts as a floodlight illuminating both - revealing the deeper human story at the center.
